FIT4MOM Memphis is excited to bring Stroller based classes to Germantown coming March 2023!

The Owings Life Enrichment Center (OLEC) is located across the street from Germantown United Methodist Church. Conveniently located off Poplar Pike in Germantown, with options for indoor, outdoor, and a private parklike setting to host classes, FIT4MOM has found the perfect new home to offer classes to the moms of Memphis, Germantown, and Collierville.

Weather permitting classes will start in the parking lot near the picnic tables on the right side of the building. Inclement weather we will utilize the first floor gymnasium and ground level dance studio. There is free parking in the lot.
