The Overton Square Tower Courtyard is an outdoor event venue located in the heart of midtown. Stroller Strides / Stroller Barre takes place in the open courtyard located near Belly Acres & The Art Project. Free parking is available before 6 PM in the parking garage (2100 Monroe Ave). Overton Square classes meet outdoors from March-June & September-November based on weather.
What happens if it is raining? Stroller Strides / Stroller Barre will meet under the covered parking garage on the first level.
Overton Park is a 342-acre public park in the heart of Memphis. Stroller Strides / Stroller Barre classes meet in at the Veterans Plaza which is located at the west end of the park. The Veterans Plaza is located next to the Memphis College of Art. It faces the big open Greensward, Rainbow Lake Playground and the Dog Park. Visit http://www.overtonpark.org/map to view a map of the park. Free street parking is available. Plan to arrive to class 10-15 minutes early as evenings in the park become busy and parking is limited. What happens if it rains? Classes will relocate to TransforMama in inclement weather.more
Join us for Stroller Strides at St. John's Episcopal Church in the Parish Life Center Gym. Stroller Strides relocate indoors during the hot summer months & cold winter months (July-August & December-February). Free parking is available in front of the Parish Life Center. Please ring the bell at the front door and they will buzz you into the building. Once you arrive, sign-in at the front desk and the gym is located thru the big white doors.

Directions from the Interstate: Traveling east on I-40, take the Walnut Grove Road exit headed east. From Walnut Grove Road, take a left at the Farm Road Intersection. Keep to the right to enter Shelby Farms Park. You will come to a stop sign and go straight towards the new visitors center which overlooks the new beautiful Hyde Lake! Free parking is located next to the visitors center.more
