Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?
While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-register. By registering, you ensure you get details about where to meet us and what to expect.
What do I need to bring to class
For you: water, towel, yoga mat, or blanket, sunscreen, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing.
For your littles: snacks, toys, diapers, and anything else they might need. Our classes are baby wearing friendly. A soft structured carrier is helpful to have if your baby needs some extra snuggles during class.
I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?
You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, mama!
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.
How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?
In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. Pre-enroll for classes to be emailed with last minute weather location changes or cancellations. You can also check the schedule on our website.
Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?
Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk or jog to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.
At what age can my baby be in a jogger?
As a general guideline, when your baby can hold his/her head up, he/she can ride in a jogger. But, we suggest that you follow your own stroller manufacturer’s guidelines. You can use a head roll and bolster to make your baby even more secure. With shock absorbers and recline features, the age can be quite young.
Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?
Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!
My baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or I need to feed?
Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them engaged. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company.
Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?
Safety is our first priority, so we do not allow kids to be out of the stroller during class, regardless of age.
Body Well
What is Body Well like?
Body Well consists of high intensity interval training workouts + nutritional guidance + accountability to get RESULTS!
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance from a registered dietitian, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach.

Can I try a class before I join?
Your first class is always free! Click the link at the top of your screen to find out more.
Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?
You will be reregistered for your classes once you join the session. As Body Well is a closed course, as you people typically do not start before the session begins, you will automatically be enrolled for all your classes.
Can I bring kids to mom-only classes like Body Well, Body Boost, or Body Ignite?
Sadly, no. Our classes like body boost and body ignite are for moms-only.
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
FIT4BABY is a great choice for pregnant mamas. It is designed with the safety of the pregnant mama in mind.
Due to the transformational process of Body Well it is not recommended for mamas who are pregnant.

Not at all! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We empower you through choice. You will be coached by a trained fitness instructor who will guide you through exercises best for your age and stage of motherhood. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

FIT4BABY
What is a FIT4BABY class like?
FIT4BABY® is our prenatal workout. This specifically designed prenatal workout will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. This 60 minute safe and effective total-body prenatal workout includes cardio endurance, strength conditioning, core balance, flexibility training and birth prep exercises appropriate for every stage of pregnancy. Each class ends with time for meditation and reflection, providing time for mom to connect with baby in utero.
All FIT4MOM classes are taught by prenatal certified instructors with years of experience and training.

What makes FIT4BABY and the FIT4MOM programs different from the gym?
FIT4BABY is a comprehensive program designed specifically for moms-to-be. You will find it’s so much more than just a workout! We are a community of moms where you will find support, encouragement, camaraderie and lifelong friendships.
FIT4BABY is specifically designed prenatal workout will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. All FIT4MOM classes are taught by prenatal certified instructors with years of experience and training.
Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?
No. We have all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy in our classes. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience and follow the most up-to-date ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) guidelines. You can join FIT4BABY during any trimester of your pregnancy.
Can I bring kids to FIT4BABY?
No. This class is for women 18 and up without children present.
What do I need to bring to class?
A yoga mat or towel for the birth prep section, cool down, and meditation and plenty of water! We will be exercising (safely) together so wear a supportive bra, moisture wicking clothing, and sneakers.
Run Club
What happens at a Run Club+ group run?
All group runs will be lead by a Run Club+ certified coach. The route will be shared with you before the organized group run so you know the path, distance, starting and ending locations. A Run Club+ coach will lead you through a dynamic warm up, run (sometimes bike along) with you, and will be waiting for you at the designated meeting location to ensure you have finished your run.
What if I have not run since before I had my baby or if I have never run at all?
Our Run Club coaches will lead you to your first mile! Whether it is your first mile ever, or your first mile post-baby, Run Club is appropriate for all levels.
Can I bring my child with me to run club?
Run Club is stroller friendly. Any child that joins you for Run Club should be safely secured in a stroller.
At this time we do not allow dogs, big kids on bikes, big kids on scooters, or kids to run along side the stroller.
What should I bring to run club?
Running shoes and water are essential. A yoga mat or towel would be helpful for the final stretch. A hat, sunblock, sun glasses, and bug spray are also helpful.

As moms, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. Our FIT4MOM Our Village Events and Playgroups was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member, you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly, laughter. Support and connect with other moms through:

MONTHLY entertaining Moms' Nights Out - this is your time
MONTHLY Mommy and Me play dates- get your kids involved in fun activities, special events for showers, births, meal trains, etc., for our members, "Moms with a Mission" activities to help better the community where you live and play. Join us and make a difference.
****You do NOT have to be a member of FIT4MOM to join the FIT4MOM Our Village Weekly Playgroup. All moms are welcome! This is a FREE group!
What if I need to cancel my membership?
A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership.
Our Membership
What does my Membership include?
Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM Memphis locations. We offer classes throughout Memphis. Depending on your membership level the classes available to pick from include:
- Stroller Strides
- Stroller Barre
- Strides 360
- Body Boost
- FIT4BABY* if space is available in the current session
- Live virtual workouts on zoom
Each new monthly member will also receive a resistance band to use in class.
Membership also includes being a member in our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs and more!
Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?
Visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be subject to a $20m per class charge. All visitors must sign our waiver in order to participate.
How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email memphis@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due.
All hold requests have a $10 processing fee. Hold requests made within 48 hours of the upcoming billing period will be billed an additional $25 rush fee.

How do I change my return date on my hold?
You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email memphis@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without advanced notice your credit card on file will be charged the drop-in rate of $20 per class.
What is the fee to place a membership on hold?
There is a $10 fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months.
Rush requests, requests made within 48 hours of the next billing cycle, will be charged an additional $25 for the hold.
Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?
When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $20 pernclass. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.
What is the enrollment fee for a membership?
There is a $50 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class you pay a $25 enrollment fee.
If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $50 reactivation fee to rejoin.
Members who transfer to us from another franchise outside will be charged a $25 enrollment fee.
How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your credit card on file:
Log into your Pike13 account
Below your profile photo you will see a list of options
Click on "Payment Methods"
Update the information
Click “Save”
Be sure to delete the old credit card on file
If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my membership?

Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?
No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
