Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

MamaWell

MamaWell is a 42-week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood.

Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond.

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back® Transformation

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Back® Workout

Body Back® workouts offer drop-in style classes for moms who are not currently in a 8-week Transformation, in a session and want an extra workout per week or for moms who need a flexible workout schedule. Class pass options are available. Body Back® workout is a 60-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.

Run Club

COMING IN AUGUST! Join us at our Run Club community meet-ups. We welcome moms of all stages, as well as friends, family members and kids of all ages! Our FIT4MOM Run Club 'Coach' will lead you in a family friendly warm-up then lead a self-paced run to meet your skill level. 1-mile fun run for kids will also be set up for your aspiring little ones eager to run. There is no cost to attend.

Run Club+

Looking for accountability and coaching to help you run your best 5k/10k/Half Marathon? Run Club+ allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. Each runner will receive a training plan and individualized coaching to help you reach your specific running goals. 12-week and 8-week training options available based on distance. All levels welcome. No running experience required.

DAY 5 of the #5daysofpresence is CONNECT! During the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it’s important to not loose connections with friends in real life! We pour so much into our families and extended families that our friendships often take a backseat this time of year. We encourage you to connect with you BFF or mama friends *outside* of social media, outside of FIT4MOM classes, and outside of your house (or have them over to make cookies, gingerbread houses, watch Hallmark movies in PJ’s...anything!) Whether you schedule to grab lunch with a friend, plan a Moms Night Out, happy hour with coworkers or carpool to go look at Christmas lights, today #5daysofpresence Challenge is to CONNECT with your friends - because without them, our spirit runs on empty, Mama. Post a pic of you and your friends and share it with us; we want to celebrate friendship and those who fill our cups today. Day 3 of the #5daysofpresence is all about meditation. During this holiday season, take a moment to step away from the busyness to breath and clear your mind.
