FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

This is a mom-only class designed for pregnant women. No strollers or older kids please.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller-friendly! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or drop the kiddos off at school and come sweat with your mom friends.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Stroller-friendly! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or drop the kiddos off at school and come sweat with your mom friends.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on the days you're not sure how you made it out the door.

Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddos at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and more energized. Body Boost™ is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower, and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work, and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

This is a mom-only class designed for an hour of me-time!

Looking for accountability and coaching to help you run your best 5k/10k/Half Marathon? Run Club+ allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. Each runner will receive a training plan and individualized coaching to help you reach your specific running goals. 8-week training options available based on distance. All levels welcome. No running experience required.

Bring your little ones for a stroller run or come and enjoy a solo run without kids.

Our Village is YOUR place to... Support. Connect. Empower. Make a difference.

Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in your local area. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!
