Overton Park is a 342-acre public park in the heart of Memphis. FIT4MOM classes meet in at the Veterans Plaza which is located at the west end of the park. The Veterans Plaza is located next to the Memphis College of Art. It faces the big open Greensward, Rainbow Lake Playground and the Dog Park. Visit http://www.overtonpark.org/map to view a map of the park. Free street parking is available. Plan to arrive to class 10-15 minutes early as evenings in the park become busy and parking is limited.

What happens if it rains? FIT4MOM classes at Overton Park will be cancelled in inclement weather.
