FIT4MOM classes meet in the front of the First Tennessee Foundation Visitor Center on nice days.

Directions from the Interstate: Traveling east on I-40, take the Walnut Grove Road exit headed east. From Walnut Grove Road, take a left at the Farm Road Intersection. Keep to the right to enter Shelby Farms Park. You will come to a stop sign and go straight towards the new visitors center which overlooks the new beautiful Hyde Lake! Free parking is located next to the visitors center.
