How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
A monthly membership can be placed on hold for up to 3 months. Click here to submit your request. All requests must be received 7 days before the next payment is due. Requests submitted less than 7 days before the next payment will be subject to a $25 fee. At the end of the hold, your membership will automatically reinstate unless other arrangements have been coordinated. Questions? Email email@example.com.
