Run Club+ (12-Week) 10k/Half Marathon

Looking for accountability and coaching to help you run your best 10k/Half Marathon? Run Club+ allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. Each runner will receive a 12-week plan and individualized coaching to help you reach your 10k/Half Marathon goals. The fall session will focus on training for the St. Jude race in December. Runners can also choose a different race if they prefer. All levels welcome. No running experience required.

FIT4MOM Run Club+ Fall 10k/Half Marathon session: 12-weeks in length and launches the first week of September. Group training runs will take place 2x per week at Shelby Farms on Wednesdays at 9:30 AM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM. Come to one or both runs per week. Run Club+ mamas will receive a 12-week training plan, small group accountability to stick to the plan and personalized coaching by our Run Club+ coach!
