Body Back® 8 Week Transformation

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

  • Wednesdays + Fridays 12:30 PM @ TransforMama
  • Thursdays 6:45 PM + Saturdays 8:30 AM @ Church of the Holy Communion.
Transformation sessions are limited to 12 moms only. Childcare is available at TransforMama during Body Back sessions. Only 10 childcare spots available. Fill out this SURVEY to request your spot.


  • Body Back is a mom-only class. No babies or kids at class please. It's an hour of me-time! It is recommended for moms who are at least 6 months postpartum. Check out our Stroller Strides/Barre classes if your little one is younger than 6 months. Stroller Strides /Barre are the perfect classes to start moving newly postpartum!
