Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out.

Fit4Baby® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin Fit4Baby® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts and accountability.

Body Back® drop-in style classes! Body Back® Workout is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Experience the HIIT training of Body Back® with a flexible workout schedule.

NEW! Body Back® workouts with TRX are taught by an instructor certified in TRX Suspension Training. TRX exercises are incorporated throughout the workout in a cardio, strength and core format. Join us at our Run Club Community Meet-ups. We welcome moms of all stages, as well as friends, family members and kids of all ages! Our FIT4MOM Run Club 'Coach' will lead you in a family friendly warm-up then lead a self-paced run to meet your skill level. There is no cost to attend.

Looking for accountability and coaching to help you run your best 10k/Half Marathon? Run Club+ allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. Each runner will receive a 12-week plan and individualized coaching to help you reach your 10k/Half Marathon goals. All levels welcome. No running experience required.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life.
