What if I've never worked out before?

Stroller Strides is a class for all fitness levels whether you've been working out for years or are just starting out. During class, modifications are provided for all exercises to ensure everyone receives the best workout for their fitness level. If you have any injuries or concerns, please let your instructor know prior to class and they will help you make modifications. We believe in supporting each other, empowering women, motivating transformation and the power of moms. We believe in you and hope you take the first step in your fitness goals by attending a class!
