The main reason I joined Stroller Strides was to lose the baby weight, which I did! I've lost 25 pounds since I started in September. What I didn't realize I needed the most, as a mother of two, was the physical strength. You really need very strong arms, legs and you need to be able to run fast when you have a toddler running around. You also need the energy that working out gives you to get you going through the day.
Celinda does a really good job motivating moms without pressuring us. The attitude in class is very positive and supportive, no judgment or anything like that. It's also nice to have your kids watch you while exercising. This will teach them to stay active and healthy when they grow up, plus they have fun during and after the class!
