Join us for Stroller Strides in the Tower Courtyard at Overton Square. Classes are held in the open courtyard next to The Art Project & Belly Acres. Overton Square is located in midtown Memphis. Parking is FREE before 6:00 pm. The entrance to the Overton Square public parking garage is located at 2100 Monroe Ave.
If it is raining during a scheduled class, Stroller Strides will meet under the covered parking garage in the blocked off area on the first level. Classes are typically held at Overton Square from March-June & September-December based on weather.
Stroller Strides is held at St. John's Episcopal Church in the Parish Life Center during the hot summer months & cold winter months (July-August & January-February) at 9 AM. Body Back classes are also held throughout the year at St. John's Episcopal Church at 6 AM. The church is located at 3245 Central Avenue, Memphis TN. Free parking is available in front of the Parish Life Center. Please ring the bell at the front door and they will buzz you into the building. Once you arrive, please sign in at the front desk. The gym is located directly in front of you when you walk in the door.

Shelby Farms Park lies in the heart of Shelby County in Memphis, Tennessee. 4,500 acres of green space, a community treasure unrivaled in size and potential anywhere else in the United States. Class meets in front of the new First Tennessee Foundation Visitors Center at 6903 Great View Drive North, Memphis, Tennessee 38134.
Directions from the Interstate: Traveling east on I-40, take the Walnut Grove Road exit headed east. From Walnut Grove Road, take a left at the Farm Road Intersection. Keep to the right to enter Shelby Farms Park. You will come to a stop sign and go straight towards the new visitors center which overlooks the new beautiful Hyde Lake! Free parking is located next to the visitors center.more
Join us for Stroller Strides at the Mississippi Greenbelt Park on Mud Island. The Mississippi Greenbelt Park is a 105-acre spacious, tree-lined park along the riverside of Mud Island. Park amenities include a 1.5 mile pedestrian trail that lines the length of the park , bike racks, plenty of parking on the the north end of the park.
Directions: Go over the bridge to enter onto Mud Island and take a right onto Island Drive. Free parking is available and is the first turn on the left.
